Acceleration Hub of Business Projects in Social and Solidary Economy

This December we have been giving a two-weeks course to accompany young people who are launching social and solidary economy initiatives to better define their projects as part of the Wopala training area .
The themes we have dealt with were: business model, entrepreneurial skills and experience route.

In the business model section we have analyzed case studies and we have explored different possible formulas to innovate by defining the business model. In addition, we have applied Design Thinking techniques so that each participant could explore the possibilities of their project and learned to carry it out from the point of view of the organizational model. And of course, we have worked on the Value Proposition Canvas and the Business Model Canvas.

In the entrepreneurial skills section, we have worked through different practical dynamics to develop the following skills: communication, cooperation, ability to reach agreements and initiative.

Practicing communication and motivation skills.

Finally, in the Experiences Route we have visited the projects of La Casa de Carlota , LaCol | Arquitectura cooperativa and La Directa .
